At Peotesty Supplements, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The product received is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is defective or expired

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

- Opened or used supplement or food products
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Items purchased during special offers or clearance sales

3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

5. Payment Policy
Peotesty Supplements operates on a Prepaid Only payment model.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
